Waist Stretch

The waist stretch engages your whole upper body. Go gently and if you cannot reach the pole with your outside hand, simply lean as much as is comfortable. Go slowly if you want, stretches can take as long as you need them to. In fact, stretching is an important part of your routine independent of all the other types of exercises. So if you only do one exercise today, make it a stretch. It will keep you in physical and mental balance, and it increases circulation.
