Warranty

The Exercise Pole^TM by Lil' Mynx® is engineered, designed, manufactured, and warrantied by Pacific International Marketing & Promotions Inc.

The Exercise Pole, LLC is a separate Limited Liability Company from Lil’ Mynx® and Pacific International Marketing & Promotions, Inc. Exercise Pole, LLC has no affiliation with either of these companies.

During the Limited Warranty period, Pacific International Marketing & Promotions, Inc. warrants that the Exercise Pole^TM by Lil' Mynx® 1) is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and 2) conforms to the factory specifications in effect at the time the dance pole was manufactured.

If within one (1) year from the date of purchase, this Exercise Pole^TM by Lil' Mynx® fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, Pacific International Marketing & Promotions Inc. will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the pole free of charge. This warranty applies only to the Exercise Pole^TM by Lil' Mynx® itself, not accessories or carrying case. This Limited Warranty does not include normal wear and tear, i.e. scratches/finish. Pacific International Marketing & Promotions, Inc is not responsible for the misuse or improper installation of the Exercise Pole^TM by Lil' Mynx®. Replacement parts are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for thirty (30) days or for the remainder of this limited warranty, whichever is longer.

If this Exercise Pole^TM by Lil' Mynx® is used for commercial or rental purposes, this Limited Warranty coverage applies for only thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

Limited Warranty Service is available by returning your Exercise Pole^TM by Lil' Mynx® to the original manufacturer in original packaging. All exchanges/repairs must be pre-approved by calling the manufacturer, Lil' Mynx® directly at 877-700-7467. Warranty exchanges/repairs will be returned to you via ground shipping.

This Limited Warranty applies only while this product is used in the United States.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

PACIFIC INTERNATIONAL MARKETING & PROMOTIONS, INC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY LAW ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE TERM OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO PURCHASER.

The terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty constitute the complete and exclusive warranty agreement between the purchaser and Pacific International Marketing & Promotions, Inc. No change to the conditions of this Limited Warranty is valid unless it is made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Pacific International Marketing & Promotions, Inc.
